The functions of World Trade Center - buildings are diverse - as the regions and economic systems in which they operate. To bring companies, people who are active in international trade, their contractors, customers and guests on a micro site together and to create an environment which facilitates work and promotes is a common goal of World Trade Centers.

There are several places where the WTC Hamburg can be developed as a property. Some require a small, compact structure and organization. Others have the advantage of space and require a structure that is much larger - well to provide the necessary and appropriate infrastructure.

Although the World Trade Center Hamburg should structurally have a clear statement to represent the functions, services and qualities, it is indeed a specific property but not a special property. WOWever the World Trade Center could look like, it will be functional and competitive in in all areas.
