The Inbound Trade Mission program includes:

 

  • Shuttle service from and to the airport.
  • Meetings, conferences and receptions in the facilities of the hotel.
  • Shuttle service to all locations of the mission in Hamburg.

  • Special events in the hotel complex and at other locations.
  • Preparation, hosting and post processing.

A Trade mission has to be planned and accompanied by a World Trade Center executive.

Minimum guest participants: 8.

The longer we will get to prepare the meetings, the bigger the chance to get the best and prepared counterparts and the faster you can get into business with them at - and after the meeting.

Costs

External costs:

  • Hotel rooms reservation  1:1, directly.
  • Event locations/event(s) costs:  1:1 per person,
  • Local invited participants will have to pay the expenditures for their part per person too.

Exemptions: E. g. ambassadors or highly honored persons who pursue the common goal.

 

No administration, print, marketing costs and other costs.

 

1:1 = only external costs have to be paid, without final division by number of total participants.
